Deuces Down!

Featuring

Xochitl Brizuela is our guest this week and she is a rainbow after a storm. Xochitl and Cynthia share vulnerably about the importance our inner child play and repair. Xochitl has been living in her purpose by creating spaces for children and their parents to play and imagine their expansive futures in the now.

Xochitl is a Latina womyn. She was born in Mexico and was brought to the US as a 4 year old. She grew up in an intergenerational home with father, aunts, uncles, and grandma. Having immigrated, the scarcity mindset played a huge role in her life as a child. Her father worked odd end jobs, leaving her to be raised by all the adults in the home. Unfortunately, the home was very dysfunctional, making her believe she wasn’t enough. She has had to re-parent herself to allow her to see the beautiful human, and how bright her light truly shines.
