Writing on Healing, Culture & the Stuff We Inherit
Honest writing about the patterns we inherited and the ones we get to choose.
I write about inner child healing because your seven-year-old self still has something to say. I write about epigenetics because your grandmother’s survival is literally in your DNA. I write about Marianismo because the expectations placed on our bodies deserve to be named out loud. And I write about joy because healing without it is just more suffering with a prettier label.
If something here makes you pause mid-scroll — good. That’s your nervous system recognizing the truth. Stay with it.
