This space is deeply intimate around intergenerational trauma and the impact in your life and your relationship with your mother. Mother wounds for those who have multiple intersecting identities that face opression.

This space is for you if you have had some trauma informed support- for those who have done inner child work and want to dive deeper into their mother wounds due to colonization and patriarchy.

This introduction to Marianismo in our Epigenetics centers decolonizing our rituals to change the epigenetics in our lineage towards joy and rest.

This centers how Marianismo creates dis-ease in the physical and emotional energy body.

No previous experience needed. This course centers the historical and ancestral attachment trauma of the Afro Indigenous Caribbean Diaspora through pre-Hispanic Colonization to a thoughtful liberated future.

The Epigenetic Impact of Marianismo

Marianismo is a mother wound specific to marginalized people who were colonized by Spanish and European forces.

It is a social construct rooted in Catholicism and colonialism, where women were taught to be like the Virgin Mary and sacrifice for the man and community.

Marianismo has both burdens and resources associated with it, and it is important to explore and harness the legacy resources.

We dive into the Epigenetic impact living in Mariansmo Legacy Burdens have done to our roots.
