Lo Ha Vivido: A Collective Witnessing Space

What We'll Cover

In Spanish there is a saying I have hear my elders say many many times over after I vent about a wild event that happened to me. “Cynthi, Lo Ha Vivido!” which translates into, “Cynthi, I have lived it!”.

That phrases is from a place of deep witnessing and honoring of truths.

While that statement offers connection, it also shares a piece of vulnerability in the knowing that our lineage has lived through multiple intersecting atrocities and experiences that has shaped who we are today. Lo Ha Vivido is a space to bring the stories that stayed stuck in susto, or the cuentos of times when your magic swept you away so grand that you thought no one would believe you! Here, you are not only witnessed, you are are met with with, “Lo Ha Vivido”.

We will highlight our stories using movies, novelas, music and recipes!

Join us the Mondays in February for a collective witnessing of all we have carried and what we release back to the lineage. This is a moment where vulnerability is our armor and our stories are our legacy.

Don’t stress about what you can bring, show up for yourself. Pay what you can cuando puedes.

Healing our inner child heals our inner and future ancestors

I’m Cynthia, founder of Rooted in Reflection. As a first-generation licensed clinical therapist and storyteller, it is important for me to have conversations around healing intergenerational trauma through the inner child and inner ancestor.

I believe in building a community where we honor joy, creativity, and cultural heritage.

Through Rooted in Reflection, I create soft spaces for inner child and epigenetic healing through nature, nostalgia and connection.
