Virtual Educational Services for Students

At Rooted in Reflection, we offer dynamic educational courses specifically designed for high school students at public school, homeschool and charter schools. Our “creative healing labs” integrate evidence-based somatic work and explore the fascinating intersection of sociology and psychology. We combine data from neuroscience and indigenous approaches to healing for intergenerational well-being.

What We Offer

  • Brain Science, Epigenetics & Intergenerational Healing: This transformative course helps students discover the power of self-reflection and personal growth. They will learn about the functions of the brain and nervous system, and how intergenerational trauma impacts human behavior. Students gain practical techniques to enhance their well-being and relationships.
  • Somatic Labs: Our labs provide high school students with the latest in somatics, using our bodies, voice, music, and natural elements. These labs offer a chance to tap into the data and experience the impact of healing from the roots and cellular memory. Activities include:
    • EFT Tapping
    • Polyvagal Toning
    • Guided Visualization
    • Bilateral Stimulation
    • Creative Healing
    • Music as Medicine
  • Cultural Sociology & Creative Wellness: Students delve into the realm of cultural psychology and explore the impact of culture on human behavior and cognition. They gain a deeper understanding of cultural diversity and develop cultural competence for effective communication and collaboration. Our workshops and courses use history, psychology, and storytelling to provide a rich learning experience.
