Holistic Wellness Activities:

  • Restorative Yoga & Energy Healing: Gentle trauma-informed yoga sessions to promote physical relaxation and mental clarity. We also offer reiki infused meditations and energy healing.
  • Sound Healing: Therapeutic sound sessions to reduce stress and enhance emotional well-being. This highlights music as medicine using soundbowls, windchimes, hand drums or DJs, MCs, and bilateral stimulation and cultural movement.
  • Mindfulness in Creativity: Guided mindfulness exercises to foster presence and peace inviting play, curiousity, and abundant creativity to create inner safety.
