With over 15 years of experience as a therapist, she specializes in healing intergenerational trauma through inner child work, blending psychosocial science, epigenetics, and indigenous practices.

Born to immigrant parents from Yucatan, Mexico, Cynthia is a first-generation daughter who has dedicated her career to creating compassionate spaces where individuals can reconnect with their authentic selves and heal from deep-rooted traumas. Her journey is deeply personal. Growing up, she witnessed the struggles of her parents and the complexities of her own identity. This fueled her passion for social justice and mental health, leading her to pursue a B.A. in Chicanx/Latinx Studies and a Master’s degree in Social Work from Cal State Long Beach.

Cynthia’s innovative approach has garnered recognition within the mental health community. She is passionate about fostering environments of joy, creativity, and cultural heritage, ensuring her work resonates with those seeking to heal and grow.
