About

I’m Cynthia Alonzo Perez and I’m on a mission to transform how we approach healing, especially in the Latinx community.

I believe in the power of joy as a healing force.

My work is:

  • Authentically Joyful

Because healing doesn't have to be all tears – laughter is medicine too.

  • Inclusive

All identities and experiences are welcomed and honored here.

  • Culturally Rooted

I integrate indigenous practices and cultural wisdom into everything I do.

  • Scientifically Informed

My methods blend psychosocial science and epigenetics with ancestral knowledge.

  • Trauma-Informed

I approach all my work with a deep understanding of complex trauma.
